Gregory W. Bushwell
Founder and Principal
Gregory W. Bushwell, LUTCF CLTC is a seasoned insurance professional specializing in Long-Term Care planning for the past 25 years. His main area of expertise is working with successful individuals as well as small to mid-sized businesses in helping them protect not only their families but the assets that they have worked so hard to accumulate. A native of Livingston, NJ, Gregory earned his bachelors degree in Political Science from Furman University, in Greenville SC in 1983. Gregory is heavily involved in his community of Livingston. He serves on various committees and is quite active in the Livingston sports programs as well as the parish of St. Philomena’s. He currently resides with his son Austin and daughter Erica.

Michael J. Minton
Founder and Principal
Michael is the Director of the Insurance Solutions Group. His responsibilities include the operation and development of all aspects of distribution for the insurance products and services available through LTCSG. He has spent over twenty years in the financial services industry. Michael’s specialty in Long-Term Care Planning has allowed the firm to build a clientele of corporate clients from a single life to 16,000 employees. This experience has translated well into the Employee Benefits platform and helps facilitate our growth. Michael lives in Manasquan, NJ where he enjoys his children, the beach, and helping his community. He lives with his wife, Valerie, and their two children, Lexie and Jack.
Andrew J. Badenhausen
Business Development
Andrew has been in the insurance planning business for over 10 years after starting his career on Wall Street. He provides LTC solutions to individuals, businesses, and financial service professionals. His focus has always been on the planning process and the conscious decision by the consumer to engage in developing a plan by design rather than by default.
Andrew lives in Brielle where he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing. He has two sons, Robert and Christopher.
Thomas M. Falvey
Business Development
Tom has spent his entire career in benefits consulting including employment at two of the top consulting firms in the country. Tom has extensive experience in every aspect of benefits consulting including; account management, underwriting, compliance, marketing, and sales. Tom is responsible for business development within the corporate marketplace. He is married to Jessyca and resides in Point Pleasant, NJ.
